Within 30 days, orders can be returned for a standard restocking fee of 20%. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened and flown products can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 20-50% restocking plus any shipping fees incurred depending on the value determined by our returns department. Any defective merchandise need to be reported within 10 business days of the order. Refused shipments will have any incurred fees from the carrier deducted from their refund.
